"Blue Suburban Sky" Beatles Walk - Penny Lane area

This walk takes place around the suburb of Penny Lane which as well as the famous eponymous street, has many other Beatles connections.  As well as photographing the famous sign, you will see the "Shelter in the Middle of the Roundabout,"  the Penny Lane Barbers Shop and the Bank where the "banker never wears a mac in the pouring rain" - very strange! We will see where Paul McCartney once sang in the choir and see John's earliest home as well as calling in at the Penny Lane Development Trust to see their mural, sign their wall and purchase exclusive Penny Lane souvenirs if desired.

Penny Lane is outside of the city centre, about 3 miles/5 kms away. Large groups can either be met at Penny Lane or pick up the guide in town and be dropped off there in their coach.  Smaller groups can also travel by bus either with or without the guide. Enquire for details.

Also available in French.
